Course Description
Workplace bullying can have severe consequences to individuals and organisations. This course examines the characteristics of workplace bullying and harassment. It explores how the law and internal company policies and procedures can help prevent this type of behaviour. The course presents practical strategies for reducing and responding to bullying and harassment in order to promote a respectful workplace.
