Altura Learning has been working with care sector recruitment specialists Cohesion and Neil Eastwood from Care Friends to develop a best practice model for recruiting, training and retaining an engaged workforce.
You may have seen our recruit-train-refer-retain survey we sent out earlier in the year, thank you to all the members who contributed to this survey, all the feedback was excellent and very useful.
We are delighted to announce that one of our Altura members, Keychange, is rolling out the model as early adopters. This involves weaving Altura training and courses Keychange has authored themselves on Bridge into their recruitment process. This is all aimed at increasing engagement and skills with new starters.
We will be releasing a formal model soon which you too will be able to implement. We will keep you updated with progress, so watch this space.
