End-of-life care is a critical aspect of healthcare that focuses on providing comfort and support to individuals nearing the end of their lives. It involves addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, as well as, ensuring dignity and quality of life for individuals and their families during this challenging time.
Effective end-of-life care requires a holistic approach, involving open communication, symptom management, and support for decision-making.
This Altura Learning module focusses on addressing end-of-life care concerns with compassion and expertise and the navigation of this care with dignity and respect.
